Please join us for the adult faith formation series on the First Letter to Corinthians. Divine Liturgy at 9.30am, and then 40/50 min Bible Study session.
At each Divine Liturgy the first reading is mostly from the letters of St Paul, but we are much more familiar with the gospel readings. This can be an occasion to learn more about these hidden pastoral and theological writings that shaped the life of the first Christian communities in 50s-60s of the 1st century, and they have much to say for our present situations. Again, please join us!
Miraculous “Mary, Hepler of Mothers” Icon will be again at St Johns. A miraculous Marian icon
will be placed at St Johns April 21–May 12. It is beloved by the mothers and grandmothers, and
especially by women who struggle with infertility of difficult pregnancies as several miraculous births have been attributed to it. St Johns welcomes everyone to come and pray in front of the icon. Special services will be held on Wednesdays April 24, May 1, and 8 at 6pm.
Please come and help us to clean the beautiful property of St Johns on Saturday May 4th, 9am/12pm. Lunch provided by St Johns. Thank you so much for your valuable help!
